The circumstances are not the issue \u2013 whether it be self-development and\/or spiritual and religious experiences.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps you have started working on yourself in some way, and now you are encountering a&nbsp;number of new experiences. Perhaps you are having difficulties in comprehending their context. Profound and demanding themes may emerge, and psychotherapy may be of some relief. I&nbsp;am confident that spiritual experience and psychotherapy may really complement each other.
